Transformation Foundation to Host CSR Dialogue on Youth Skilling and Workforce Development

The Transformation Foundation of Business and Technology (TFBT) has announced plans to host a high-level Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Dialogue focused on tackling one of Nigeria’s most pressing challenges—the digital divide.

Themed “Bridging the Digital Divide: Skilling Youth, Strengthening Workforces,” the virtual session will hold on Thursday, 28th August 2025, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM (WAT).

This two-hour webinar seeks to bring together leaders in CSR, workforce development, and branding to explore how targeted interventions can empower underserved Nigerian youth with vital digital skills and employability training.

By aligning corporate sponsorship with impactful social initiatives, the programme aims to create a win-win situation—equipping young people with the tools to thrive in the digital economy while helping organizations strengthen their workforces and reduce employee turnover.

A highlight of the event will be a keynote presentation by Mr. Eche Munonye, Publisher of CSR Reporters, alongside inspiring success stories that illustrate the real impact of digital empowerment programmes on young lives and communities.

According to TFBT, the dialogue is designed not just as a conversation but as a call to action for organizations looking to deepen their CSR impact. Companies are being encouraged to nominate representatives from their CSR, leadership, or workforce development teams to actively participate.

Registration for the event is open until 22nd August 2025 via the official portal: https://transformationcollege.org/csr-event-registration/.

The initiative underscores TFBT’s ongoing commitment to shaping an inclusive and digitally skilled future for Nigeria’s youth while providing organizations with sustainable avenues to meet both social and business goals.
